A Verdeca-dominant field blend from a single sub-hectare parcel in Contrada Carpari — the smallest of eighteen distinct terroir sub-zones in the Valle d'Itria, identified through decades of fieldwork by the Basile-Caramia Research Center. Four days on skins, nine months on lees. Approximately 7,000 bottles per vintage.
